Do you have a return policy?
Not satisfied with your product? We offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact us to request a return label. If you’ve gotten a return label from us and shipped the bed back, a refund will be given to you once we have received the returned product.
What are your warranty options?
Have a defect with your product? We want to stand by our guarantee of an excellent product. If we have not given you a quality bed, please reach out to us within the first 3 months of your product being delivered.
